Reception/Administration Officer

 

About the role:

 

  • Full Time Monday to Friday
  • Delivering high standards of customer service
  • Complete reception and administrative duties
  • Booking inspections and diary organisation
  • Purchasing office supplies
  • Invoicing
  • Data entry into BAMS and PermAssist (training provided)

 

Skills and experience:

 

  • Experience in a previous administrative role
  • Great communication and customer service skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Intermediate to advanced MS Office & Apple iOS systems
  • Experience with XERO, Reckon, QuickBooks or MYOB
  • Fast accurate typing skills
  • Ability to prioritise & complete tasks in a timely manner
  • Ability to work as part of a team and autonomously
  • Great at Multitasking
  • Self Motivated

Coast to Country Building Approvals operates on a cloud based system – allowing our staff and clients to upload and provide relevant information directly to enable fast, efficient and friendly building permit and town planning consulting service.

This means that we already operate in manner that lends itself to providing prompt and efficient service during this time.

For us, this is BUSINESS AS USUAL!

During this time of social distancing, we continue to operate with a full suite of services, albeit a little more distantly than usual.

Our offices are closed to visitors

Site Inspections required 48 hours notice

Social Distancing measures are in place for all site inspections

All staff are available by phone, email or video conferencing.

We are accepting and assessing new applications.
