Children under 15 years... When sharing a room with at least 1 adult, a child receives 20% off the adult transport (vehicle) content price. |

| Single rooms... Single rooms are available upon request and a supplement is payable at the time of booking (refer rate chart). In triple rooms, the third bed may be foldaway, sofa bed or rollaway. |

Cancellation fees... Will be levied relative to the amount of notice given, 1-7 days 30%, day of departure 100%. |

Travel insurance... Clients are strongly advised to take out travel insurance to cover any unforseen circumstances such as cancellation or curtailment expenses. |

Luggage allowance... One suitcase per person plus an overnight bag (airline cabin bag size). |

Smoking... Government regulation prohibits smoking onboard our vehicles. Some of the accommodation venues we utilise may have prohibited smoking policies as well. |

General conditions... Coast to Country Touring will be responsible for supplying the services and accommodation described in this brochure, except where such services cannot be supplied, or the itinerary used is changed due to delays or other causes of whatever kind or nature, which is beyond the control of Coast To Country Touring. In such cases we will do our best to supply comparable services, accommodation and itineraries, and there shall be no refund in this instance. Coast to Country Touring does not operate any third party supplier such as restaurant, accommodation venue, cellar door or general transport other than our own vehicles. It is therefore not responsible for any injury, death, damage or loss of property whilst engaged with such operators. In addition we will not be responsible for sickness, weather, strikes, acts of God, acts of terrorism, criminal activity, war or, quarantine, Coast to Country Touring reserves the right to amend or cancel tours at any time. |
